We started the Consumer Opinion Leaders meetup group to help local businesses in Los Angeles to connect with the most influential people online. If a restaurant, product or service is great - we want to know about it first and help tell other Angelenos about it. The same goes for the mediocre and highly overrated - our opinions matter!

We are planning to meet regularly to try new restaurants and products, swap tales of social networking adventures and discuss ways to influence improvements through grassroots efforts.

We're just getting started, so please be patient as we ramp up to critical mass and begin meeting at local bars, restaurants and other venues.

I encourage you to let other people that are also influential and opinionated about the group.
